Service Rating : The ordering prices was good enough although based on my subsequent experience, the website could've provided more information.

Product : The heat collar was a stingy size - not generous enough to sit comfortably around the neck and shoulders with a little draping down to the collar bone and it was very firm. Did I accidentally order a child's size? It was going to be a Christmas present for my 90 year old mother, but I think she would've been bitterly disappointed with it so I didn't bother.

Fantastic, they feel tight and are a solid feel, perfect for my family, including my 96 yr old mother.. Great shape too.

The heat pack was given as a gift to my friend, she only used it a couple of times, I asked her why, she stated it was too rigid and hard and preferred her old one because it moulds to her neck and back better

How do you heat this product?

We recommend using a microwave to heat this product. The standard heating instructions for this product are to heat in 30 second increments while shaking the lupin around in between to ensure even heating. Heating for a maximum of 2 minutes for smaller heat packs and continuing on with 30 second increments until reaching the desired temperature for the larger packs.

Can it be heated in an oven?

Yes, this product can be heated in the oven if a microwave is not accessible. The heatpack must be heated on a low setting, slowly and must be heated under supervision to ensure it does not burn.

Are lupin better than wheat?

As they are larger the retain heat for longer periods of time. Lupin grain products are becoming increasingly more popular due to their size and ability to retain heat for longer periods of time than the standard wheat packs. They can also be put in the freezer to be used as a cooling pack as required.
