Hi, I have a bit of scoliosis in the lower back. I was wondering which Spine saver lumbar roll I should get for both my car and my office chair? And can you recommend a pillow as well ? I sleep sideways.
Hi Jonathan,I recommend the d shape traditinonal foam foam for all lumber roll needs. Always is best fit and most effective in my opinon. For a side sleeping pillow it really depends on your height but if you are a medium/larger frame male i recommend the naturelle latex in medium size. It comes with an extra layer of insert so that it can be a bit higher if you need. Hope this info helps. Warm regards, Brett.
Can i buy your product in a shop?
Hi Fadia, Our products are all available through health practioners so if you would like to give me a call on 03 8585 6685 i can give you the details of a stockist nearby to where you live. Warm regards, Brett Parnham. 03 8585 6685.
Hi I am 165cm, 64kg and I want to correct rolled shoulder in the car.Which one is the most suitable - I was thinking demie D or ovalthanks Linda
Hi Linda, Both products are quite similar but for the car i would probably recomend the demi d as it has a flat back which i think would be a better fit for most new cars and would stop movement of the product on your seat.
Hi,Are any of these lumbar pillows suitable for sleeping?Regards,Judy
The lumbar rolls are primarily designed for use on the back but in some cases i would imagine they could be used for sleeping. Perhaps the demi d for a little bit of support under the neck if lying on your back?
I would like to know which foam would be suitable for in a car and for an office chair. Also could you please advise how the roll is attached to a chair??
All the lumbar rolls should be good for full back office chairs but may not be suitable if you have the type of office chair which has a gap behind the lower back. The lumbar rolls all have stretch elastic with a plastic buckle tightener so should be pretty good fit on most chairs. Warm regards, Brett 03 8585 6685
Hi .I have an auto immune disease of spinal cord .I am back driving but seem to sink into seat . And base of spine gets sore on long trips or when driving a fair distance.I have a mazda 2 what size would be suitable for my front seat?I prefer black in colour.Thanks.
Hi Julie, Very sorry about the delay in getting to you. I think the coccyx wedge might be the best solution for you to be honest. It should sit in your car seat perfectly fine and having the coccyx cut out should provide you with some relief to the bottom of your spine. Please give us a call if we can be of further assistance. Warm regards, Brett03 8585 6685
I ,m a 38 yo male 6ft 89 kts. Drive a Holden Astra hatch back 2005 model and have developed low back pain from being stuck in Sydney traffic. So bought a rav4 2014 SUV. What roll would you recommend for these cars?Kind regards, Phil
probably recommend the D traditional as the most popular and tends to fit most cars pretty well. The memory D i find a bit soft for me at 6 foot 2 or thereabouts.
what's the difference between memory foam and traditional foam. Which one is more firm? Thanks
Hi Joe, The traditional foam lumber roll is a more supportive firmer feel. The memory foam tends to squash down so while very comfortable does not give the same structure for use. Warm regards, Brett. 03 8585 6685
egg shape lumbar roll...is traditional foam convoluted or smooth? What kind of density is the foam?is outer covering removable and washable? thank you.
The shape of the lumber roll is smooth and the covers are removeable. A really popular and long lasting product. Density of the foam is 28.80 so quite a firm support that wont break down over time. regards Brett.
Im looking at the Dshape. What are the benefits of the memory foam?
Hi Anita, the memory foam is more "squisshy" and it will depress as you lean back against it. The traditional foam is "springier "and more resistant. Kind regards, Anmaree. 03 8585 6685
I'm looking for a lumbar product that would attach without straps to the back of a fabric chair/couch ie self adhesive velcro?
Hi Peter, Give us a buzz on 03 8585 6685 and can see what we can do for you. We manufacture here in Melbourne so can do most things. warm regards, Brett Parnham03 8585 6685
I require a vinyl cover with this product, I note in one image there looks to be vinyl cover alongside a fabric cover, but there is no purchasing option for this selection. Are you able to help me please?
Hi Amy, Only the D shape comes in the Steri-Plus (vinyl) . When you click on size, it is the last option. Please call us if you have further questions.Kind regards, Anmaree 03 8585 6685
Spine Saver Lumbar Roll - Chiropractic Back Support Pillow: What shape is the best for non office chair , just normal wooden dining chair ? (smaller body frame) What other options would be good for working from home using non office type of chairs? Thank youUliana
Hi Uliana, The Spine Saver D in either the traditonal or memory foam is the most popular for the lower back. Memory foam depresses whereas the traditional foam is more resistant as you lean against it.Alternatively mid back supports such as the Back Huggar, again in memory or traditional foam with a lumbar support are also terrific. The multipurpose and diffuser cushions are also comfortable to sit upon. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any further questions.Kind regards, Anmaree. 03 8585 6685
how long would it take to deliver
Hello, Thanks for your email.Usually products leave the warehouse next day if they are in stock and take 1-2 days for Victoria and 2-3 days and a day or two longer for NSW and QLD.At the moment post is a little slower so would hope it would make it to you next week depending on your state. Please give us a call should you need any help.RegardsAlly
Can the D shape in traditional foam as a lumbar and back support come in any other colour other than grey? I see a blue/green one pictured.
Hi Marie, Just the grey/charcoal colour in the durafab suede material. The green colour is waterproof material so not sure if that is what you are after? Warm regards, Brett Parnham03 8585 6685
Hi I have severe lumbar pain. Wondering if any of your products would provide some relief while sitting on lounge chair?
Best one for the lounge chair in my opinion is the total spiinal support number 2. It is quite robust and will provide support even when sinking into the chair. Happy to help on 03 8585 6685 with further questions at anytime. Warm regards, Brett03 8585 6685
Im trying to purchase D lumbar roll memory foam but I cannot click onto actual product in order to add it into cart
Hi Betty, It looks all ok when i test from this end but can you give us a call at your leisure and will go through it on the phone. Warm regards, Brett Parnham03 8585 6685
I have lower back pain, which I believe has been caused by sitting on my couch in the evenings. When I was away for a few days and sitting on a different couch, the improvement was remarkable. At the moment, Im sitting on my couch, on a cushion, with a cushion as a back support. I think I need a D shape roll to improve my seating posture, but I dont know which is the most suitable. When I sit on my couch its quite low. I would say that I am a medium frame
Hi R, I think the D shape lumber roll would be the best of the lumbar soll supports for you but i think the lumber rolls are all probably a little small for the couch. I tend to recommend the total spinal support no 2 when on the couch as it is injected moulded foam back support so should give you the best support. happy to help with further questions on 03 8585 6685 at any time. Warm regards, Brett Parnham03 8585 6685
Can you please let me know if you have any egg shape and costMany Thanks

How do I know whether I need traditional or memory foam lumbar support?
The choice between memory and traditional foam is a personal preference. The traditional is often a firmer feel as it doesn't condense as much as the memory foam. Memory foam is a denser feeling foam.

How long is the strap on your lumbar roll D? I have a large office chair and need a long strap to secure the roll in position.
It stretches out flat to 25cms and fits all of the office chairs in our furniture showroom. It will also fit most car seats. If you need extra long, please call with the dimensions and we can tailor make one to suit. Kind regards Anmaree 03 8585 6685
HiI've been suffering from lower back pain for almost 4 weeks. I've recently had 3 separate sessions of cortisone injections to L3 - L5.As my job is desk bound, and I have a long commute to and from work, I'm looking to purchase 2 lumbar back support cushions - one for work and one for the car. Please advise which size / type would be best suited for my needs.Thanks.
Hi, the Spine Saver D profile in memory or traditional foam are the most popular for car and office.Kind regards, Anmaree 03 8585 6685
I want a demi d in memory foam but the website doesn't seem to give me that option. Please advise
Hi Roz, we only make the D Spine saver in memory foam, not the Demi D.Kind regards, Anmaree
could i use that at the bottom of the bed to keep blankets off a very sore foot.
Hi Mary, it may move around. Please look at the Leg Carriage Cushion with Canopy as another option ($139). Kind regards, Anmaree. 03 8585 6685
I am 153 cm tall and have lower back pain from sitting on an office chair all day. Can you suggest which type of lumber roll would be best for me?
The D shape Spine Saver is our most popular. It is available in either memory or traditional foam. The memory foam will depress once you lean against it whilst the traditional foam will not. Welcome to call us if you have further queries. Kind regards, Anmaree 03 8585 6685
Trying to order this online but it only offers me the D shape (not the five options listed in the add)
Please see the "Select Size " tab and then click on the product. Most welcome to order over the phone if you prefer. Kind regards, Anmaree 03 8585 6685
Is this one product, or 5 different products?I have a large chair (the circumference of the back is 185cm). Would the length of the strap on the lumbar be sufficient to cover this large measurement?
We have a variety of shapes available within the Spine Saver range. If you select the drop-down for foam choice and then size, you will see what options we have available. The length of the strap would be able to just fit around the chair's circumference. It is also elastic so it should be able to meet on the other side. We have had customers in the past add additional elastic to the strap to make it longer where required.
Do the spine-saver lumbar rolls come with a cover?
The Lumbar rolls come in a suede like cover. However, we do not have them available as additional covers.
Who stocks your lumber rolls please? Thanks pam
Hi Pam, We have stockists all over Australia and please call us on 03 8585 6685 and we can give you a local supplier. Warm regards, Brett. 03 8585 6685
Can I come to you in Cheltenham and see which lumbar support is best for me or is there a shop somewhere? I live in Elwood.
Hi Christina, I would recommend heading to statewide home health on Nepean Hwy right next to Dan Murphys in East BRighton. They will be your closest location with a good range of lumber rolls. Warm regards, Brett. 03 8585 6685
Hi My10 year old daughter has been having lower back pains for a while. She just saw a doctor during the week who diagnosed a slight scoliosis. I am interested in one of your pillows for her in class and in the car but how do I choose the correct size and style for her. Thanks Maria
Hi MAria, Can i ask you to please give us a call on 03 8585 6685 and we can discuss what is best for your daughter and hopefully recommend somewhere nearby where she can try them out. Warm regards, Brett Parnham03 8585 6685
Hi, I currently do Pilates every week so my back is well aligned. However, I find when working in an office it can be difficult to keep my alignment straight and tend to slouch. Over the day my lower back tightens which I often stretch out. I don't have any existing back issues. However, I am short (5'2) I can't reach the back of my office chair if I were to properly sit up straight and end up either learning forward slightly or leaning back greatly. It's like I would need a pillow betwe
HI Margaret, Thanks for message and please give us a call to discuss on 03 8585 6685. I think either a lumber support of some sort (depends on you and the chair style) would be good or other option is the posture wedge which should get you sitting in a more pronounced position which will be better for your back. Warm regards, Brett. (03) 8585 6685
Hi,Which is firm, the regular foam or the memory foam? I need something that is firm. Many thanks, luke
Definitely the regular foam. Memory will squash down a bit too much in my opinion. Warm regards, Brett. 03 8585 6685
Are these suitable for a Toyota Prado 4x4?
Yes they should be fine for the Toyota Prado and all other 4WD.Warm regards, Brett.
How many length of the strap of Demi-shape and D-shape ?
It is quite long so should be suitable for the vast amount of chairs. If you need extra long please call and we can tailor make one for the length that you require. Warm regards, Brett. 03 8585 6685

How do I know what cushion is best for me? I had a ruptured disc @ L5 S1 that has been operated on. I want to keep correct posture when sitting to avoid future problems.
Hi Scott, The lumber roll D traditional is definitely the usual recommendation and that is what i would be most comfortable in recommending. If you found that to be too big or too small then you could look at the egg or the demi d to get a better fit. The lumber roll D is the usual choice though. Warm regards, Brett Parnham03 8585 6685
hi there, what is your postage and eta please?

Hi.. I need help deciding which product to buy for lumbar support. I work from home and am looking for better support when I'm sitting down. I'm a 53F, very active, 155cm and around 52kgs. Which product is best for me? Thanks.
Hi Anna,Our most popular in lumbar rolls is the D-shape in memory or traditional foam.We also have back support chair cushions which provide great support and might be worth a look at on our website.Warm regards,Cristina
I'm wondering how firm the foam is. I'm torn between a demi-d and the D. The demi-d is the amount of space I need behind me, but if it isn't very firm, then the d might be the way to go b/c as it squishes a little it'll get down to the amount of space I need.
I would go the D size. I dont think it is too big and there is some give in the product. I think if you are going to have a lumber support you should be able to feel the benefit of it. Happy to help with further questions on 03 8585 6685Warm regards, Brett Parnham.

Hi Wendy, If not right you can always send back to us for refund or replacement. I would recommend the lumber roll D traditional as a good starting point and if you need a bigger support the lumber roll Egg is thicker again. Warm regards, Brett Parnham03 8585 6685
