Dispatch Details
All online orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (usually the next business day). If, on rare occasions, the product is out of stock we will contact you with the expected delivery and/or the option to change the order or a full refund.
We use Australia Post and a mix of premium carriers for all deliveries nationally and internationally. Tracking is provided with all our services.
If you have a preferred carrier or special delivery instructions, please contact us.
We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more for delivery within Australia. Bulky items excluded.
Estimated delivery times are
Metro Melbourne, Metro Adelaide and Metro Sydney: 2-4 Business Days.
Metro Brisbane: 4-5 Business Days.
Rest of Australia: 5-7 Business Days
International Orders: 7-10 Business Days, not including customs clearance timeframes
Key dates over the Christmas period
Order before 13th December to guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.
International customers please place your orders before 30th November to guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.
Orders will be dispatched up until 23rd December.
Our office is closed on Christmas Eve and all public holidays throughout December and January. Our team return on 5th January.

Warehouse Pick Up
You can pick up your order from our warehouse which is located at Building 4/29 Grange Road, Cheltenham VIC 3192. Select 'Pickup from the warehouse' on the checkout page and you will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.
Pick-up is available:
- Tuesday to Friday: 1 pm to 4 pm
- Saturday: 10.30 am to 2.30 pm
