Dispatch Details

All online orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (usually the next business day).  If, on rare occasions, the product is out of stock we will contact you with the expected delivery and/or the option to change the order or a full refund.

We use Australia Post and a mix of premium carriers for all deliveries nationally and internationally. Tracking is provided with all our services.

If you have a preferred carrier or special delivery instructions, please contact us.  

We offer free shipping for orders of $100 or more for delivery within Australia. Bulky items excluded. 

Estimated delivery times are

Metro Melbourne, Metro Adelaide and Metro Sydney: 2-4 Business Days.

Metro Brisbane: 4-5 Business Days.

Rest of Australia: 5-7 Business Days

International Orders: 7-10 Business Days, not including customs clearance timeframes

Click and Collect

Click and collect is also available. The pick-up location is Building 4/29 Grange Road, Cheltenham VIC 3192. Select Pickup on the checkout page and you will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

Pick-up is available:

• Tuesday to Friday: 1 pm to 4 pm
• Saturday: 10.30 am to 2.30 pm
