What does the NDIS do?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme is an Australia Federal Government initiative bought about to help support Australians with a disability to have a better life through product support and personal assistance. It is a fantastic program of which Therapeutic Pillow Australia is proud to be involved.

The NDIS will help participants to receive reasonable and necessary funding for supports (in our case Therapeutic Products) that will help to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.

Which products are eligible for NDIS funding?

The National Disability Insurance Agency will cover the costs of products that are deemed to be necessary for a person to improve their comfort, general well-being and achieve better health and lifestyle at home, in the workplace or in other areas where Therapeutic products can help to improve one's ability to thrive.

Applying for the NDIS disability support is easy, you can find more information at the NDIS Website
