Our CNH pillow fill material around the ear hole is made from a soft polyester fibre to ensure softness even if the ear does meet this part of the pillow. The fill can be removed to lower the height of the pillow making this an adjustable pillow.
Memory foam inserts run along either side of the ear hole to provide support for the neck and shoulders for a good night's sleep, while the ear is protected from any pressure while sleeping.

This pillow is extremely comfortable. But I am a snorer and a dribbler not sure how I can keep this cotton one clean?
I also have another pillow not cotton. Just wipe over and bob's your uncle.

Product : I found the pillow very uncomfortable at first and I ended up with a sore cheek bone in addition to the sore ear I was trying to "look after" by reducing pressure on the ear, this being the reason for purchasing the pillow. I rang the company and I was advised to take some stuffing out. This was a bit daunting. Will I get the balance correct? Who can advise and help? I took a lot of stuffing out, almost enough for another pillow!! Then following the biopsy on my ear cartilage, I decided to persevere with the pillow. It is getting better but still a "work in progress". The Dr approves the idea of my purchasing the pillow! Margaret
