Our CNH pillow fill material around the ear hole is made from a soft polyester fibre to ensure softness even if the ear does meet this part of the pillow. The fill can be removed to lower the height of the pillow making this an adjustable pillow.
Memory foam inserts run along either side of the ear hole to provide support for the neck and shoulders for a good night's sleep, while the ear is protected from any pressure while sleeping.

Love my pillow. I had an op years ago and cannot sleep on right ear. Sleeping on left all the time had me in pain and causing sores on my ear. But since I got Holey pillow have had no worries. Love it.

Product : So disappointed - if I can manage to get my head far enough on to the pillow for my ear to fit to the hole, my face gets pushed up and away from the [illow because it is way too firm for my face to lie flat or sink into it.
