Product : The pillow arrived very quickly which was great.
I’ve recently had back surgery and am trying to not sleep in my front, per my postoperative instructions. A friend who is an OT recommended the Side Sleeper Pillow. It’s larger than I thought it would be and a bit difficult to manoeuvre under the covers. It’s also a very definite shape and I was unsure which way it should be positioned. No instructions were included. I had to ask my OT friend again. I’ve had mixed success since then with some nights good and others where I experienced lower back pain and pain down the “underneath leg”.
Effective to reduce sleeping on back. Forces side sleeping. .

Product : Unfortunately, the TheraMed Side Sleeper pillow was too bulky and very uncomfortable to use. The cover was synthetic and did not fit the pillow well.
