Service Rating : Service was fine, it was dispatched and delivered quickly. It’s just the product itself I hate.
Product : I’m not happy with it at all. Firstly, the cotton navy pillow slip it comes with is scratchy and feels awful against my skin. Secondly, the height isn’t the same height at the regular pillow, which I need for my fused neck, otherwise I wake up with a headache or migraine that I then have all day. I took it with me on a trip interstate this week and I couldn’t use it. I’m so disappointed.

Product : Disappointed in the Naturelle Latex Travel Pillow Low Profile. I thought it would be a a half size version of the full size Naturelle Latex Low Profile pillow. Reality is that the Travel Pillow Low Profile is much lower that the full size pillow. Would not but the Low Profile pillow again.
