Service Rating : Easy ordering. Fast delivery. Would prefer to be able to try before I buy, but found the lumbar cushion range hard to find in a local suppliers store/showroom.

Product : Easy to apply and remove for laundering, and stays put during use. Would recommend so you don't have to take the whole quilted cover off/on the wedge for laundering.

I took one star off as it is a polyester blend and I would prefer all natural fibre (i.e. pure cotton or bamboo). However, it's ok as I use pillows on the wedge so my skin isn't directly on it.

Product : Don’t fit as well on upside down pillow. Was expecting something a bit more substantial.
