Available in your choice o three different luxury fillings to transform your pillow from a Duck Down pillow, a Latex pillow or a Polyester pillow.

Duck Down Filling: 80% pure down filling for a premium, luxurious feel. Down are the soft and fluffy clusters which grow under the outer layer of geese and ducks to protect them from the cold. Down is lighter and has better insulation capabilities than normal feathers, however it may not be a great choice for people with allergies.
Latex Flake: 100% pure shaved latex filling. A natural, durable fibre that is sustainable, eco-friendly and repels mould and dust mites. Latex provides a firmer level of support than polyfill or down, and typically lasts from 5-10 years before needing to be replaced.
Polyester filling: Made from 100% polyester, Polyfill is hypoallergenic and provides good loft, soft feel, and ongoing support.

Care Instructions

After use simply shake and plump pillow, or less regularly (via the zip access) tease the filling apart to restore Sleepezy's body as required.

Polyfill and Latex Fill: Do not wash. Air pillow regularly (fluff contents and place in warm area). Additional latex flake or polyfill is available from a haberdashery or through Therapeutic Pillow in 1kg bags.

Down and Feather: Dry Clean Only. Do not wash. Air pillow regularly.
Outer cover: First empty contents, hand wash outer cover in warm water with mild detergent. Hang Dry. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry.

Questions & Answers

I have bought the sleepers 2 zone. It has two walls - one wider than the other. Which wall do I put under the neck, the wider or the narrower.

You can actually use it, either way, it just depends on how long your neck is and which way you will find it more comfortable. Most probably do use the product with the wider part under the neck though.

Do you treat your pillows with anything? I'd prefer to avoid treatments on pillows. Also I really just want a regular-sized even-shaped pillow. But the only one you seem to have is a memory foam one, and I don't like memory foam (I found it gets hot). What can you suggest? I mainly sleep on my side but also on my back sometimes. Also I like pillows to be able to prop me up in bed to read.

No, we do not treat our pillows. The Sleep Ezy 2 zone pillow gives you the option of customising it to suit. The polyfill is popular and the down for a softer feel. For your daughter, we suggest a low contoured pillow such as the Family Low or Junior profile and also the Naturelle Latex children's pillow.

I am a back sleeper. Which pillow would suit me best? The 2 or 3 zone SleepEzy?

The SleepEzy 2 and 3 zone are the best options as you can remove the poly filling to your desired height and softness.

What is the best medium pillow for sleeping on the back on a wedge pillow?

The Sleepezy poly and down pillows would be the best option as you can remove the filling to your desired height for back sleeping.

I am having trouble deciding what filling for pillow. I need a soft pillow, so what would be best?

The down is the softest filling followed by the poly fill. Removing some of the fillings will also soften the pillow.

I am a side sleeper and always have trouble finding a pillow to suit me. All the ones I have tried are too low.Which of your pillows would be the highest?

The Tranquillow in King size is our highest pillow and is really high. The next highest is the Naturelle latex high which has an adjustable layer that can be removed to lower slightly if you wish.

How is it possible to adjust the down filled pillow?

You may unzip the pillow and remove some down feathers from the pillow to adjust. This pillow has two chambers of filling.

What's the difference and benefit in the 3 fillings for 2 zone pillow adjustable

Polyfill: Good loft, soft feel, and ongoing support. The most popular option would be our recommendation. Latex Flake: 100% purely shaved latex filling. A natural fiber that is sustainable and eco-friendly. Quite firm in feel in our opinion. Down: Premium down filling with a high percentage (80%) of pure down. Naturally soft and luxurious. Down are the soft and fluffy clusters which grow under the outer layer of Geese and Ducks to protect them from the cold. Down is a lighter and has better insulation capabilities than normal feathers. A lovely feel but is more costly and prone to flattening quicker than the polyfill.

I am asking about the different fillings - what are the benefits of each of them?

All the fillings will offer support, it is a personal preference. The latex flake is quite heavy.

What size pillow protector should be selected as the accessory item for this pillow?

The Naturelle medium pillow protector will fit this pillow

Do you still offer the SleepEzy 2 Zone pillow with feather fill?

The feather pillow is the Down pillow - 80% Down.

Does the pillow have contoured pillow case that comes with it?

A normal pillow case will fit fine for the SleepEzy zone 2 pillow so there is no requirement for a contoured case.

I have severe degeneration osteoarthritis in my neck. Could you please help me to choose which pillow to suit the purpose of reducing my neck pain?

It is best to consult with your doctor or health professional about the best pillow for your condition but in most cases, a contour pillow will definitely help.

I recently purchased a complete sleeprrr original and it really hurts my neck & sholders. I believe it's just too high for my smallish frame (even with all inserts removed) I've been looking at your Sleepezy 2 or 3 zone pillows but they appear to be just as high (12cm). Is this correct or do the sleepezy pillows squish down more that the sleeprrr?

It might be worth looking at our children's pillow range. They are standard-length pillows but just lower in height. Many adults purchase these for the low height to suit their needs. Our Sleepezy pillow range in polyfill, you most certainly can remove the polyfill to make the pillow suitable for your individual comfort.

Can this pillow be supplied with the division left/right on the long side. I need a pillow that is high one side and low on the other.

Unfortunately, the seam line of this product is not something that can be customized. The filling can be moved around once received to make it more suitable if required.

I have this pillow and want to get a new one. My physio no longer supplies them. Can you remove part of the filling?

Yes, this product is adjustable, and the filling can be removed.

Does the Latex Flake smells?

As it is a natural product from the rubber tree there might be a very slight rubber odour initially when the product comes out of its packet but any odour should dissappear very quickly if they are there.

Taking into account that the feather one is very expensive, could you advise me which material is better or characteristics between poly fill latex flake and latex flakes?

It depends on the support you are after. The down option is the softest one, most of our customers find it too soft. The polyester filling is our most popular and offers a medium density product but is also soft to touch. The latex flake is a different feel altogether, The foam itself has a quick spring back feel as it is rubber-based and as it is flaked it offers more of a medium to firm feel.

Do you sell the Latex Flakes themselves. I would be very interested in getting some more of these flakes.
