Product : I have 3 seat cushions, all Durafab, one of them purchased for my father in 2006, and later used by my mother until 2013. #2 about 5 years old, and #3 late last year.
I had washed the original cover, and it did not have enough seam allowance, so it fell apart.
I had used an improvised cover for several years, but the cushion was starting to disintegrate. OK now that it has a new cover.
