Care Instructions

Inner: Do not immerse in water. Dab clean with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat away from direct sunlight.

Vinyl Cover: It resists moisture, and is easily cleaned by wiping down with mild detergent warm water, and hung to dry. Wipe stains using a non-phenolic disinfectant in a diluted solution. (Do Not Use dry cleaning solvents, or phenolic disinfectants). Do not bleach. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Line dry. Do not iron.

Dura-Fab Cover: Normal wash and dry (to avoid damage to the foam from constant removal of cover, leave cover permanently on the pillow once you have configured it to suit your comfort needs).

Service Rating : Placed the order two weeks before Christmas and the ottoman arrived within 7 days. Excellent service! The ottoman was for my husband and it is perfect for his armchair. He says it’s comfortable and it is certainly helping to reduce his lower leg edema. The washable removable cover is a bonus.

Product : Comfortable and the right height for my husband’s arm chair. Love the washable cover too.

What color is the durafab fabric?

The Durafab is a dark grey / charcoal colour and is a suede feel.

What are the different heights this can vary to?

The legs up can be positioned in a whole variety of ways but the highest point that can be achieved is 54cm while the lowest that can be achieved is 40cm and a variety of heights can be achieved between those by changing the position of the product.

What is the height?

The height of our LegsUp Leg Rest is 39cm.

How do I request vinyl in the dark grey colour?

We only have the vinyl available in the dark grey so you will get that automatically when you order.

Is this ottoman a good support for lymphedema? How heavy is it?

This product certainly assists with giving swollen legs relief. The weight is 2.9 kgs in the vinyl cover.

What are the measurements?

Is there a difference between the vinyl and durafab for comfort?

The Durafab cover is washable. Some perspire with the vinyl cover depending on climate.
