Would you recommend this product for sciatica and posture compared to the nanogel - I'm sitting at a desk most of the dayThanks Yvonne

I would recommend the koala komfort as it does have the lumbar bulb so it will be a better adjustment than the memogel however there is a little bit more cost associated with it at the same time. Both products are very good and i dont think you would be dissapointed with either.

The photo has anothe bladder connecting to the built in bladder, doesthat also come with the unit? Also the strap for a car seat, does it come with the unit?

Hi Phil, There is just the one bladder which is built in but some people choose to adjust this and have the bladder out so that it is more accesible and slightly easier to pump. What colour is the Koala back cushion? There is no description indicating the colour and there are photos of a dark colour and a beige colour. I am looking for (preferably) a grey colour (I purchased one before)
