Care Instructions
Inner: Do not immerse in water. Dab clean with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat away from direct sunlight.
Steri-Plus Cover: It resists moisture, and is easily cleaned by wiping down with mild detergent warm water, and hung to dry. Wipe stains using a non-phenolic disinfectant in a diluted solution. (Do Not Use dry cleaning solvents, or phenolic disinfectants). Do not bleach. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Line dry. Do not iron. It is an extremely sturdy material that withstands body loads. It is a clinical yet attractive mid green color.

I have a backache in the morning which I believe is related to the sleeping position. Do you have any suggestion or product for my problem?
Hi Hamid, There could be a few reasons for back ache. Most commonly it is mattress being to soft or a pre existing issue that is exacerbated during sleep. If your mattress is soft i would recommend getting newer firmer mattress. Other products that may help are the quad cushion for providing some lumbar support under your back and also the naturelle latex or body huggar overlays that will give good support while you sleep. What is steri plus please?

I am a side but tend to be more of a back sleeper, also have a bad back. At the moment I'm using a pillow to relieve the stress on my back. However I'm wanting something solely for behind my knees. Also do you sell covers that are machine washable?
Hello, Either the quad cushion or the knee relaxer should be a good option for you to elevate your knees and give you the comfort you need. Both have optional washable covers but these arent online just yet so would need to give us a call to arrange. What is the difference between the Traditional Foam and the Memory Foam Quad cushion?

Is this pillow suitable for tummy support, I sleep with a normal pillow wedged under my tummy to support my lower back. Looking for something a bit smaller that is easy to move when I turn in the bed

The more popular option is the memory foam for our customers. However, foam choice is a personal preference and sometimes memory foam is not suitable. We do offer a 30 day returns policy if you would like to exchange an item of received and not suitable.
