What sort of cushion do you recommend for sciatica
I would say either the diffuser cushion or the posture wedge would be the best options for sciatica. the posture wedge encourages a better posture through pelvic tilt which may be beneficial for you. The diffuser is very comfortable on any surface but not sure if that is the primary requirement for you and believe the posture wedge would be a better choice. . Hi Lisa, Very sorry about the delay. Our of our products i would recommend the posture wedge. This will encourage you to sit up with better posture and also help strengthen your core which will in turn help your back. You would use this on and off doing the day. A lumber roll will also probably help but you don't use at the same time as the posture wedge. A good option also is to look at the stand up/sit down desks. We all use them here and alternate between sitting and standing. We dont sell them but we use ikea versions which are very affordable and quite effective. Hope this info helps. This is a really good product. I am not sure you would want to be on any more of an angle as it may become uncomfortable to sit (although we could make it double the angle by putting two wedges together if you wished)?

What is the posture wedge overslip? Does the good posture wedge cushion come with a cover?
The posture wedge does come with a durafab (suede) or a sterriplus (waterproof) cover which in most cases is fine to use without the need for an extra cotton case. The suede version is far and away the most popular and i would recommend unless waterproof is a requirement.
I am pregnant and drive a lot in the car. I feel that I slouch a lot and think it's not good for my pelvis to sit like that. Any advice on what pillow would be good and why?
I would say the posture wedge should be the best fit for you and perhaps in combination with the back huggar (our best selling back support) you might find some benefits. Often use of one product on its own is better than the using both but they can be used independently on any type of chair if using them together does not suit. As shown in the specifications on the website, this product is 100% open-cell urethane foam. This is not a latex product.
Would you use this cushion side on in a wide recliner chair for a wheelchair-bound person who sits with one hip higher than the other, because of scoliosis? At the present, he slumps to one side because of this, and very painful OA. Is also obese.
This product could be used to provide additional support and comfort in this way. Please note as this product is not made of a heavy duty foam it may condense when sat on for a long period of time. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture this product in an alternative foam at present.
My husband continuously leans to the side and hangs over the edge of the wheelchair. He also kicks out and so slides forward. Will this wedge help with these?

Suffer dreadfully from pain in coccyx during/after long flights. Have 2 x 17 hour flights soon! Would the posture wedge help this or is it mainly for lower back?

Sorry about the delay. Both products are machine washable but only go the sterri plus if you require waterproofing for some reason. The dura fab is much more popular. Memory foam is a foam that will mold around the shape of the body rather than hold its shape in the same way as traditional foam. Hi, I've been advised by my Physio at the Public hospital in Perth to use a firm wedge cushion. I'm 68 and due to excessive walking my entire life, the muscles and tendons in the hip area have almost worn out. Sorry about lengthy description.
