Service Rating : A comfortable pillow. Have been using them for over 10 years. The ‘original’ still does not seem as soft as the last one I had. Have taken out alternate strips as I find f it does get flatter over the years.

Why price difference between melbourne and yourselves ie $75 in Melbourne as purchased by my daughter and $95 from yourselves seems strange

Hello, I think there maybe some confusion with the pricing as the Complete Sleeprr memory pillow (original or plus) are $95 and the Complete Sleeprr traditional foam (deluxe) is $75. Hello, I have just bought and received a medium Naturelle latex pillow, and found that my own pillow protector is too small so I am now about to buy a large pillow protector from you, to allow the pillow enough room to take its correct form. Do your pillow slips fit over these pillows without restricting their form, please? The measurements seem possibly to hint they may not? Thanks.

I think the new latex medium pillow - with its extra height might mean that the therasoft pillow slips do not fit over them. We are in the process of developing a larger fitting case but in the meantime i think it would be better for you to purchase a larger pillow slip from your local retail store.
