Who can register?
All health and medical professions can register for a trade account. For example, Physiotherpists, Myotherapists, Chiropractors, Dentists and Allied Health providers.

How do I place a Trade order?
With various ordering options available, there is one suitable for all of our customers. We accept trade orders over the phone, via email, on purchase order and through the Health Professional login.

Timeframe
How long does the process take?
All in stock orders are processed and packed by our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days from then depending on the recipients location. Tracking is provided and orders can be followed from collection to delivery.

Returns and Refunds
What is the returns and refunds policy?
We offer a 30 day returns policy across majority of our items. Products that are excluded from this policy are mattress toppers and bulky supports. The cost of the return is the customers for a change of mind and faulty or damaged in transit items will be collected at no extra charge.

Dropshipping
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes, we offer drop shipping direct to your customer through the Health Professional portal. These order must be placed online and cannot be placed with a team member via phone or email. Your customer will receive their item and a packing slip with all financial documents sent directly to the registered billing email.

Freight
What is the cost of freight?
Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane customers will receive free shipping on orders of 10 pillows. All other locations will have freight quoted based on the items and the location they are being sent to. The lowest price carrier will be automatically chosen by our Transport Management System. Dropship orders will be charged a flat rate or $16.50 for standard items and will be quoted on larger more bulky items.
