Hello, I am needing a support pillow that I can place under my upper legs for support with lower back pain when I lie on my back, and support when I sleep on my side in recovery position to try to keep my hips alligned instead of twisting my spin. Should i purchase the latex roll support cushion or something else? Thanks
I think the latex roll will be the best product for both of those requirements. We have many people use the roll as a bolster, support and leg raiser. If you were just on your back then i would recommend the leg relaxer but it will not work if on your side. Please call if we can be of further assistance at any stage.

Hello, about how much will this compress down from the 15cm diameter if I use it under my knees while lying flat on my back? I assume being latex it will compress less than memory foam but Id like an idea of how much its likely to compress.

what is a suitable support for people with sciatica?
Hello, It depends on when you are suffering pain from sciatica as to what will be the best support ie when sitting, lying or standing etc. The posture wedge is a good product as will help tilt your hips when sitting and hpefully lessen your pain and improve your posture. The back hugger might also help with support and pain relief from sciatica and while lying down the naturelle roll latex can help by raising the knees slightly and taking a bit of pressure off the lower back also. Do you have cotton pillow cases for the Latex rolls or are the steri plus covers the only type you have? What do the steri plus covers feel like on the outside?
Yes, the cotton covers can be purchased in the accessories section of the website. The steri plus cover has a matte like feel to it.
