I had to chase them up and they told me there was a delay due to being short-staffed, but this could have been communicated to me directly instead of me being left in the dark.
Product : The pillow itself is very good, I was previously using a tailbone-cut pillow from amazon but it would squish down over hours of sitting and become less effective.
After 2 weeks of using this new one, I'm very happy with the results, I'm getting less tailbone pain than before and it seems to hold up to a long day of sitting in an office chair. I'm actually using the old pillow as a lower back support and I think that is helping keep my posture up straighter as well.
