Inner: Do not immerse in water. Dab clean with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry.

Is this pillow good for reducing chronic neck pain and headaches?
We normally recommend the complete sleeprrr original memory foam pillow. It is adjustable, comfortable and will still give good support, it is our best all-round product and it is our most popular pillow for females also. Memory foam diffuses pressure and aids in circulation.
What size protector fits the Complete Sleeprrr Original?
The medium size protector will be the best fit for the memory original pillow.
Does it come with a matching pillowcase?
The pillows come with a mesh case but will need a pillowcase to go on top of that. The satin beauty pillow slips are a good fit for those pillows.
How do I clean/wash this pillow?
You cannot wash or immerse our pillows into water. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth and airing your pillow in non-direct sunlight is recommended.
What is the best option for a higher profile?
The complete sleeprrr pillows are all the same height but we can provide some extra inserts to increase the height if you so wish. Alternatively the complete sleeprrr plus is slightly firmer meaning it should keep a higher shape which will be beneficial for you.
Do you have a returns policy?
We offer a full refund for an unused product in the original packaging and saleable. If unhappy with the product, we will always endeavor to find a solution.
What is the pillow height between a soft and medium?
The dimensions of both pillows are the same. Size 38 cm wide x 52 cm long x 14 cm & 12 cm high.
What is the expected "lifespan" of the Sleeprrr?
We recommend replacing your pillow about every 4-5 years, however it is entirely up to you when you feel it is necessary to replace.
Will the foam flatten overtime?
Yes, they will flatten over time and we recommend changing them every 3-4 years. They can last a lot longer but once support is gone it is a good idea to get a new one.
Can you cover the pillow with a cotton pillowslip? Would it stop the proper air flow of the pillow?
We always recommend a pillow protector, but a cotton pillowslip shouldn't affect any air flow.
What are the differences between the original, plus and traditional?
Both original and plus are memory foam - will mould to your neck and shoulders - with the plus being approximately 20% firmer in feel. The traditional foam is more rigid in its feel and will not mould to the same extent under your body weight for a more rigid support.
How long will my pillow last and what is the recommended time?
Sweat is normally a bit of a killer of pillows as the moisture can prematurely soften the foam. Normally every 2-5 years we recommend replacement depending on how soft pillow is getting (colour shouldn't really matter). Also, the pillow protectors are a must to keep products in good condition and will keep product pristine for much longer.
Can side sleepers use this pillow?
Yes, we would recommend the complete sleeprrr original pillow, it is adjustable, comfortable and our most popular product, you can tailor the shape to your best fit. We probably think you would just use it as is and use the lower side to give you the support you need under your neck for good comfort and support.

We think if you dont have a CPAP machine then we recommend the complete sleeprrr original pillow is the best option. It is comfortable, adjustable and very supportive which should help alleviate snoring by encouraging you to sleep on your side. Other options to keep you on your side to stop snoring would be the leg spacer.
Would this be suitable for a 6-year-old?
This pillow without the inserts should be ok for a 6 year old. We would leave the noodles in initially and just see how they go. That will soften the pillow more than lowering the height. The tranquillow pillow low in memory foam or the latex naturelle low are also good options to look at.
Is this okay for back sleeping?
Our best suggestion would be an adjustable memory foam pillow which you can adjust to suit your exact needs. This is our most popular version and would be the one that we would most likely recommend for you.
Is this the best contoured pillow?
The memory foam original pillow is a great choice. It is soft yet supportive so should be very suitable for your body frame. We do not think you should look at a firmer pillow. As a back sleeprr it will still provide you the support you need but you may be better off with the inserts removed. There can be a minimal foam smell when products are first used but this should disappear very quickly after use. Our foams are all made here in Australia and meet the strictest health and environmental standards.
I have arthritis and snore is this pillow appropriate?
This is our most popular pillow and the one that we normally recommend for most users. Adjustable, comfortable and very supportive it is a well-received product and we think would be suitable for your requirements.
Are there any concerns re using this pillow and asthma?
We don't believe so as the pillow is hypo allergenic. We would also recommend a pillow protector
The webpage with this pillow on it recommends the the Naturelle Pillow Protector in a Medium - where as the Pillow Protector page recommends a size Large for this pillow. Which is correct?
We would recommend a large as you don't want the pillow slip to be tight as it will change the feel of the pillow. Please go to accessories - product covers and slips

Why has my pillow turned yellow?
It is perfectly natural for all foams to discolour over time, it is a reaction of the foam with nitrogen in the air. It will not affect the performance of the pillow in any way. To keep clean the best way to do it is to use a pillow protector of some description to stop perspiration affecting the pillow. We have a good product called naturelle pillow protector, but others around will do a similar job.
What is the difference between the original complete sleeprrr and the traditional complete sleeprrr?
The difference between the two is the original is a memory foam and the traditional is a traditional foam. Memory foam holds the pressure of your head while diffusing pressure and circulating blood flow. Traditional foam is a springier foam that you might see used in older style pillows.
Will this pillow help with snoring?

Is the memory foam pillow hard or soft?
In this pillow the memory foam is soft. It may feel quite firm in cold temperatures as all memory foams are temperature sensitive, but otherwise should have a lovely feel to it. If you are after a firmer version, then the complete sleeper plus might be the way to go.
How do I clean my sleeperrr pillow?
Unfortunately, you cannot really clean the foam once it is dirty or sweaty. You may be able to dry it out a bit in a dry/breezy spot but the best way to keep clean is with the use of a pillow protector which will stop any moisture getting into the foam. We produce a good one called the naturelle protector but there are also many others available around which should work ok also.
How often should this type of pillow be replaced?
We recommend the pillow be replaced approximately every 3-5 years. With the use of a pillow protector the pillow will last longer but inevitably they will eventually need to be replaced after a period due to use and also due to perspiration and a few other things being considered. Can the memory foam pillows be washed?
The pillows can be lightly dabbed clean with a soft sponge, but it is important to keep wetness minimal as the pillows will deteriorate the foam. Do not machine wash or fully immerse foam as it will not dry out. We tend to recommend the pillow protectors with all the products to help keep the foam protected and new.
Are your pillows hypoallergenic?
All our pillows are hypoallergenic when they are made and when they leave our warehouse. This is except for the feather sleepezy pillow. With regards to the foam pillows they are treated with an additive called ultra-fresh which is designed to stop mildew and mould from growing in the products. We also definitely recommend buying a naturelle pillow protectors with any pillows as these will protect the pillows from perspiration and dust mites etc.
What is the difference between this and the Complete Sleeprrr Traditional?
The difference between the two is that the complete sleeprrr original pillow is a visco elastic foam or more commonly referred to as memory foam. The characteristics of this is the foam will mould to the shape of your head and neck and has a very accommodating feel. The foam slowly reverts back to its natural shape when weight is removed. The complete sleeprrr tradition is a foam with more rigid structure and will provide great support but will not mould to the shape of your head and neck in the same way. It will feel a little firmer.
Is there a bigger size than this?
The complete sleeper is the largest version available. However, we can make a bigger pillow by adding a 2.5cm layers to the tranquillow memory medium pillow. We can do this up to any height that you require. Can also be done for the latex pillows also.
Is this suitable for a short neck?
The original pillow should be perfectly fine for you. Designed to suit all sizes and adjustability aspect will mean it can be tailored to your needs just fine.
Where can I buy pillow slip to fit?

Can you use a standard pillowcase?
The pillows should fit a normal pillowcase but we do sell therasoft range of pillow cases.

The complete sleeper original pillow is a very high-quality Australian made product. If you are looking for a firmer pillow, then the plus version might be more suitable for you needs as it is about 20% firmer.
How does the pillow go for allergy sufferers?
All the foam and memory foam pillows should be suitable but would look at the Naturellle pillow protectors with whatever product you do choose.
How regularly should the pillows be replaced?
For the original pillows we recommend replacement about every 3-5 years. Some of the non-memory last a lot longer but the memory foam does have a tendency to soften a little over time.
Do you have a small travel size version of the complete sleeper pillow?
Yes, we do on our website under Travel Pillows, along with the sleepaway memory pillow which has a similar though slightly firmer feel to the original and exactly the same foam as the plus version .
What are the differences between the 4 choices?
The original is the most popular - memory foam in a softer density - best suits females, adolescents and seniors. This is most recommended. The plus version is a firmer version - about 20% firmer and we recommend for males. The gel version is very very soft and suits those that like their pillow as such. The deluxe is not memory foam and it quite rigid in its feel.
I have a low, soft pillow - should I purchase the Original?
The Complete Sleeprrr Original or the Complete Sleeprrr Gel Blue pillow which will feel a little lower and softer. You may need to remove an insert if the pillow is too high.
How do I dispose of an old pillow?
Unfortunately, these products can only be disposed of as general waste. There is no proper way to recycle foam products at this stage. We are constantly researching this as we as a business are very mindful of our impact on the environment.
Does the original sleeprrr pillow come with a cover?
It comes with a mesh slip but not cover. You can find our slips on the website under accessories - product covers and slips. Size large for the classic cotton slip.
I have had the Original Adjustable Memory Foam pillow which was great until it went flat (after a long time) and now I need a new one but wondering if there is one the same shape but higher?
Unfortunately, this product is only available in the one height. If you would like a higher product, we would suggest looking at the Wellness Pillow however, this product cannot be adjusted in the same way.
Just wondering how the latex contour pillow and this one compare for softness.
As these foams are completely different, we find that the comparison in softness is a personal preference. The latex foam is very springy as it is rubber based whereas the memory foam condenses more as it forms around you.
Can I quickly check does "Satin Beauty Pillow Slip" fit with "Complete Sleeprrr" pillows? If not, what pillowcase would work with the "Complete Sleeprrr" type of pillows?
The satin beauty pillowcase is suitable for the complete sleeprr pillow along with any other standard pillowcase that you already have.
Are there soft medium and hard or just soft
This product comes in extra soft gel, original soft, medium plus, and firm traditional. They are all located in the contour pillows section of the website.
How high are the sides when the inserts of the complete sleeprrr original adjustable memory foam soft pillow are taken out?
Once the inserts are removed the height of the product decreases by 2-3cm across the entire pillow. As the pillow with then compress with pressure it is an approximate measurement.
Does the pillow comes complete with protective cover?

Comparison between Naturelle Latex and Complete Sleeprrr?
The Complete Sleeprrr is Memory Foam and the other Naturelle Latex. Memory foam assists in diffusing pressure and circulation. The Naturelle Latex may feel a little softer and does not lose it's shape.
