Service Rating : Quick a d easy to purchae. Love the heat bag. I was able to invest in this pillow as my chiropractor had it on his beds for us to trial prior to treatment. Unfortunately, pillows are one of those things you are stuck with if you are not happy with it which I think is why many continue to suffer through the night due to poor investment or purchase.
Product : Love love this pillow. I have purchased 2 for myself and one for my mother. I referred this pillow to a friend who has spent thousands over the years on pillows advertised as neck support, hotel pillows, down, hypoallergenic etc etc and suffered from interrupted sleep often woke up with a stiff neck or shoulder. She agreed that this pillow was the best. Skeptical at first due to the form look and smell as it was far different from her "hotel" pillows look. I called this pillow the Ferrari of pillows and everything else, Datsun's.
