Product : I am quoting from my friend who has severe neck pain (she is the one I ordered your pillow from). "Pillow - yes more than meets expectations: good size for one; good quality and PROPER FIRM rubber (or whatever they call it). Plenty of options with all the removable inserts. You can also put the inserts round different ways to suit because they are firm but FLEXIBLE. Am still trying out different patterns, as one can only gauge how it is when one wakes up in the morning, so still experimenting. Would HIGHLY recommend this pillow for folk with neck pain, have had neck/back surgery/headaches etc. Far superior to the usual Memory Foam (which is rubbish because it basically does not support, one just sinks into it). This is an excellent superior product and worth every cent. Well done who invented this."
