Care Instructions
Inner: Do not immerse in water. Dab clean with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat away from direct sunlight.
Steri-Plus Cover: It resists moisture, and is easily cleaned by wiping down with mild detergent warm water, and hung to dry. Wipe stains using a non-phenolic disinfectant in a diluted solution. (Do Not Use dry cleaning solvents, or phenolic disinfectants). Do not bleach. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Line dry. Do not iron.

Is the contoured Leg wedge suitable for two legs or only one?
This would depend on your frame. The width is 44.5cms wide.

Product must be returned in original condition and with packaging. Any questions you may have please let me know and can assist to ensure you get the most suitable product for yourself.
What is the angle of the leg relaxer?
The max angle of the product is probably around 35-40 degrees under the hamstring and then it flattens off under the calves to be around 5-10 degrees I would say.

Is the leg relaxer suitable for side sleepers?
While the leg relaxer can be used when sleeping on your side you would only put one leg on the product otherwise if both legs are on it then it might cause some undue pressure on the back. Again it can be used with the bed wedge but again your would only want to be putting the one leg on it. If on your back then the bed wedge and leg relaxer are great together for either one or both legs.
How is this adjustable?
The leg relaxer has a removeable inner wedge shaped piece of foam.
Is this appropriate for knee pain?
The leg relaxer is very comfortable for knees and lower legs. Another option is the Knee Relaxer which is specifically designed for knee relief.
Is this memory foam?
The leg relaxer is not memory foam as the memory foam tends to collapse a bit too much under the weight of legs and comfort wise is not really a requirement for the legs in most cases.
Do you have a pillow to elevate my feet?
This is the product that is most commonly used for that.
How can you help get swelling down?
We offer two aids: the Leg Relaxer which allows you to get your legs up in bed and in line with your heart so that the heart doesn't need to go into overload to circulate your blood, and the second the Legs Up leg support which is designed to get your legs up while you are relaxing in your lounge room. It achieves the same result as Leg Relaxer.
Is this the best wedge to help with swollen feet, ankle and calves?
We recommend the leg relaxer in quilted cover. It is very comfortable and very effective to use. I used for 8 weeks while recovering from achilles surgery.
Foot needs to be elevated during sleep. Any recommendations?
We definitely recommend the leg relaxer for general elevation and recovery. It will give your leg a good raise and works very well. If you are concerned about your leg falling off the cushion then the leg carriage might be a good option also although it will not raise your leg to the same extent. Leg relaxer probably my main recommendation.
I need to replace the cover for the leg relaxer leg support?

Can you sleep on your side as well with the leg relaxer support?
The product is definitely designed for sleeping on the back but we have had many people purchase it as a side sleeping device and we havent had any negative feedback regarding its use so it may work for you.
Is the foot support section higher than the leg?
The portion of the leg relaxer that supports under the ankle is slightly higher than under the knee portion of the product thereby allowing fluid to drain from the ankles and help with blood flow coming out of the legs and back into the body.
What is the differences between your selection of fabric?
The leg relaxer comes in either a cotton quilted or steri plus cover (vinyl). You also have an option to purchase a poly cotton slip which can be used as a protector or a spare cover.
What does steri- plus mean?
Hi Stephanie, the Steri-Plus is a dark green vinyl cover and can be wiped down. It is water resistant.
Is this the best for post ankle surgery?
The leg relaxer should be perfect for this requirement. It is comfortable and will give excellent support with regards to keeping your legs elevated and helping you recover from your surgery.
What is the difference between the quilted and steri plus covers?
The quilted cover is cotton with polyester wadding and the steri-plus is a dark green vinyl cover. The quilted cover is washable whilst the steri-plus cover can be wiped down.
Does this include the cotton slip or do I order that separately?
We have two options with the purchase of this product. You can either purchase just the leg relaxer in it's cover on it's own or with a poly-cotton slip extra. Well worth paying the extra $10.00 for the slip bundle as the slip is for repeated washing. Our quilted covers are not recommended for repeated washing as this will wear the fabric out over time.
Need support for his leg while sleeping. To aid venous return?
I would recommend looking at either the Leg Elevation Support or the Leg Carriage Support.

I'm wondering if you fixed the zipper problem and the width of the leg relaxer as I have lymphodema in one leg after cancer surgery and need to elevate it. I am also a size 20, so a leg sliding off is an issue as it was for a couple of others. Love to know if you have fixed these issues or offer a wider unit with some sort of overlay on the zip which is crucial for me.
We have since resolved the zipper concern issues and have improved the quality of the cover for this product. Unfortunately, we do not offer this support in an alternative size and only have one option at the moment. We have had customers in the past purchase two and use the together where required if the width that we manufacture is not suitable.
Can I buy a quilted cover (only) for the contoured leg relaxer?
Yes, you can find the quilted cover in the accessories section of our website. The cost is $65 for the cover.
I'm looking for something like this, but suitable for a bariatric client. Do you offer anything? The foam of the leg relaxer is too soft and compresses too much for the client's heavy legs.
Unfortunately, we do not manufacture this product in a heavy-duty option at this stage.
Can I sleep on my side with the leg relaxer support, without injuring my back or aggravating sciatica?
Unfortunately, this product is designed for back sleeping only and we wouldn't be able to guarantee any comfort or relief if used while side sleeping.
