Service Rating : Pillow is so comfy! Large. Quick delivery & exactly what I ordered. Just hoped for more support in lower back area, I’ve stuffed the bottom a little better by moving stuffing down but just not quite enough. Great to sit back, feel it lacks lower back support to sit up.

Is the Pyramid Pillow comfortable?
Very. By providing full support that means head, middle and lower back (lumbar), and arm and elbow no part is left unsupported. That means that your body is not stressed while relaxing. That's good!
I need a pillow for watching TV semi upright with a good firm support for head/neck and back. Would this be a suitable pillow?
This pillow should work as you require but most likely you will still use a couple of pillows behind it to give it the extra support that you require. It has a couple of pieces of memory foam inside it which should give you all the support you need.

Is this pillow suitable for sleeping in bed in sitting position?
It is more of a comfort product but can be used for sleeping if required. The bed wedge and also the adjusta wedge are better options for sleeping.
Description states that polyester fibre can be added if necessary. Can you supply extra fibre filler and, if so, at what cost?
We can supply extra polyester filling. The cost of a filling is free but postage needs to be paid. Please give us a call on 03 8585 6685 for further discussion about the cost.
Is it good for sleeping?
It is not designed for sleeping on but many do rest on it for long periods if they require a sitting up position for any reason in particular.
I bought a pyramid pillow last week, and was wondering if you could tell me how to position it for best back support. Do I use it slightly angled like in the picture, and should I adjust the form to sit at the base? I haven't found a position yet that doesn't give me back/neck pain after.
You can definitely have a play with the positioning of the memory foam pieces in the product. The reason we don't adhere to them in the one place is so that people can manipulate the pillow so that it best suits them. They can be removed completely if you do not find them to your liking. A lot of customers like having the memory foam right at the base of the pillow.
Hello, does this pillow come with a pillow case? Confused on the slip cover?
You can purchase the pyramid with or without a case but it definitely does need one. We give the option as many people have pillow cases already with other pillows and like to pillow on their own.

I'm having shoulder surgery and looking for a comfy pillow.
We would recommend the pyramid pillow to sit up in bed but for resting we get really good feedback relating to the contoured bed wedge as post-operative should surgery often means that you can't lie down flat.
The Pyramid pillow, would this be suitable for recovery for someone whio has had lower back surgery and also does it cone with a washable slip?
The pyramid is a good support pillow (we can add extra support with extra foam inserts) but we can't comment on the back surgery element with regard to use. It just depends on the surgery. The other product which is good is the contour bed wedge which might be very good for you to sleep on if you are required to be in a slightly upright position.
What provides the best neck support for a person sitting up in bed? I find that ordinary pillows push my head forward, putting strain on my neck.
The best support for sitting up in bed. It is great for reading and watching TV. You can use it with a pillow behind it too.

Also the Contoured Bed Wedge is extremely useful for angling you in bed and putting you in a desirable position for reading or watching TV but it is a larger item and is ideal more for those who spend long periods in bed relaxing. Also the Bed Seat is another product which is ideal for use in bed. It is sculptured for the thighs and prevents you from slipping down the bed while reading.

I suffer from vertigo and must sleep on my back in an elevated position. Which of your products would you recommend? I'm considering the pyramid pillow but not sure I'll be able to sleep elevated at an angle.
The pyramid pillow would be a great place to start as our other angled supports are quite firm and can be quite a change to sleeping without support. The pyramid pillow has a polyester filling which can be added to or removed to adjust the height/firmness.
